No, i don't. I never seen a sleep walker in my life. I only saw it on the TV or heard from friends alround me.
I heard that it's really dangerous if you try to stop them or wake them up when you saw a sleep walker, is that true? I only know i talk sometimes during my sleep.
Tell me something about if you have seen a sleep walker.

Nope, never in my life. I wish I can experience to see one! I know that I also talk during sleeping -according to my sisters. But my mom also said that I did sleep walk once. She said I got home after cheerleading practice and straight away went to bed. She checked if I was already asleep and after an hour later I woke up and walked into her bedroom complaining that I haven't prayed after dancing. LOL! I insisted her to pray with me. Funny. I will always remember it forever. Until today, my family and I have a good laugh about it. It's nice to share, vivianchen. happy mylotting! :D

Hi Scarlet_woman,
You used to be one, meaning you are not a night walker any more? Will you feel pain in the morning when you hit something in the night while you are walking?

i still do swing out sometimes in my sleep though (rarely) which is probably why they say don't touch them.
oh yea, you'll feel it.you just won't know why it hurts.

my cousin used to be a sleepwalker. he used to have terrible nighmares when we were kids. he'd sleep early and in the middle of the night he'll get up from the bed, go to the next room or down the stairs and talk about his dream like he was really awake and all, eyes open but his words are not really coherent though. he's really harmless unless you get in his way. my aunt will just coax him back to sleep gently and walk him back to him room. in the morning, he won't remember a thing.
the good thing was he outgrew it after a few years. i don't recall that he have it still.

i have seen sleep walker....My brother. When he was 12 years he used to walk in mid nights ..awh...i was scared by his habit but now he discontinued that habit. Many has such habit of walking in sleep but infact i don't think that it is too dangerous if the person is corrected is abnormality in earlier conditions. There are so many mistakes which are done by these sleep walkers but when a person suffering with this habit then he should be immediately go to a doc and should get it corrected otherwise there will be many many problems..

Hi Earnning,
I think you are right. The earlier you go for a doctor, the better for the sleep walker. But i mean is it okay if you saw your bother walking in mid night and you are trying to talk to him or ask him to stop? Have you ever tried?
