Should nuclear weapons be with super powers only ?

Yes, in my view it should be with super powers only, because they are much more responsible nations as compared to others. They will not try to use it just to destory other or just to win a war. One other problem with other countries will be of kipping its technology intect. It may be possible that its technology may comes into hands of terrorist and we cant even think of the result.
