Alert Pay Not Verified Even 10 Days Passed

Hi members!
i have joined the Alertpay to get revenue from differnt sites.as paypal is not providing services in our country.that is why i choose the 2nd best option.and i have submitted my documents to alertpay but till today after passing 15 days i have not get any response.and the status of my account overview shows that "submitted".who one tell me that why the verification process exceeds to 10 days,and have any one face the same problem ever.kindly share your experince.

When I first heard of a making money online I opened an business alertpay account. Then they asked for verification so I opened a personal alertpay account and my biggest problem was the fact that I live with my parents and I can't send any bill with my name and address on it so I sent them a ticket saying that I would like both of my accounts verified and that I own no business and they replied to me in 2 days. After a couple of days nothing happened so I took a picture of one bill in my house and uploaded it and tomorrow my account was verified. For my first account(the business one) I still don't know what to do. I have some money in it (5 dollars from neobux) and I guess it is going to waste

as far as $5 concerned,yes it is going to be waste because aletpay charges $4 per transaction.any way very nice sharing,i dont know why i am not verified even after 15 days,ok let's see what happend,i have also no much source of income,i also used it for neobux actually,thanks again for nice comments.

My first verification took only 3 days, but that was like a year ago . I heard AlertPay customer service isn't that good, I stopped using it.
I think you should contact customer service again, to check if they are doing anything to process the verification faster.
