I do take care of an elderly in an old age home. Not that she doesn't have children, but nobody truly concerned about her wellbeing. It makes me wonder why people have children in the first place? Anyway, I does bring us joy sharing with others, listening to them, though we really can't replace the love and concern their children could give them.

You remind me of my grandma. Well, she lives just next to my family house. I always keep my eyes on her because she is old and starting to have difficulty to walk. Which is bad, because she likes to visit her friends and families.
So, whenever she wants to go anywhere, I would be glad to be her driver.

When I was working at a used car lot, I had a customer come in who had bought a car there a year or so before. We were buy here pay here, so I seen him weekly, and this was his 2nd car purchase from me. The man is challenged and so is his wife, plus they have a handicapped little boy.
Even though we didn't have a garage at our location, I would always help him if he had problems with his vehicle. I would make sure he knew of a good, inexpensive mechanic to take the car if it broke down. And on the holidays, our company would give me a Wal-Mart gift card for Christmas. I always gave mine to him and his family. I hope they are doing well to this day.

I liked to help people. It's like other people's problems were my own. Things have changed though and I now have a different perspective. I went through a terrible phase in my life and no one helped me. I guess people who are used to being helped know nothing about helping others. Cheers!!
