Does racism exist in mylot

Racism exists because some people think that only their race can maintain a civilization they value. Not all people buy into multiculutralism and think that a country built on ethnic diversity can survive. One group will always assert power over another group. Australia and United States do have a lot of diversity but they are young countries and they won't always be ruled by the white ruling caste. I think some people notices this and it makes them more racist than they normally would be.

yeah... racism is everywhere though many refused to admit that they are racist while others are not afraid to voice that as their 'personal preference' in which no one should question. If you are a minority in a country, you will feel that very distinctly. It is unavoidable, thats why when my frz asked me why I don't become a PR of Australia I told them I do not want to be a second citizen. Racism defintely exit in mylot...

I think people have no right to judge others for anything. It takes all sorts and all colours to make up a world and we all have a place here on this Earth. Whether their is racism here on myLot I am not sure but as it is the same here as offline I imagine it does. Personally I do not judge people. People are what they are and who decides what is good or bad or right or wrong? I think it depends on so many things. My friend are all colours, all religions and they are my friends for reasons than go much deeper than the colour of their skin..

Hi, I'm sure there are some very narrowed minded people here on mylot however they are in the very, very small minority. I have not experienced or seen any racists discussions or comments but they may be because I wouldn't even waste my time reading them. It is a shame that some people take it upon themselves to judge others. They do not have the right and regardless of race, gender or any other factor you should be free to live life as any other. If there is any racism on mylot, I'm sure other users together with the mylot admin would take care of it. I sincerely hope I don't see it here as I really enjoy mylot with it's freindly and welcoming community that includes people from every race and background!! Mrsl x x

I am not sure if it exists in mylot ot not, but it does, that is to totally wrong. We are al the same no matter what race or color. We shouldn't put other people down just because they are a different race or color. Racism exists all over, so it wouldn't surprise me it is exists in here. Everyone has feelings and to put someone down, hurts another feelings whether it was on purpose or not. We are to treat everyone like we want to be treated. No one wants to be put down, so thereefore they shouldn't put others down. I just hope that one of these days that people will reaize that we are all equal no matter the race, or color. Being racist in the midst of our minds creates the greatest barrier within each other if we all thought of being a racist. There is nothing more but we are all human to think the way we should treat each other. I never find that in my heart because I am a native and I respect people and treat them the same.
