Do you like to exercise in the morning before breakfast?

I do. On my stationary to make the blood circulation go around,to stop the process of my bad varicose veins.

I can't exercise in the morning because there are other things I have to do and I neither have any space... but I'd exercise every morning if I could. The only time I get to do my workout in the morning is on sunday when I go to the gym.

I can never get motivated in the mornings. I also end up excercizing at night. It's not great for your sleep, but I've never been able to change the habit. I always had my judo classes at night. So even other excercize ends up done around that time. I wish I could feel motivated for a jog or something in the mornings.

Scientifics says that it is good to do some exercise before breakfast. But before to do an exercise before breakfast, it would be better to drink a glass of milk or fresh water.

I enjoy exercising a lot - My favorite time is to exercise early in the morning before breakfast - This is because I want to get it out of the way and start my day fresh. Sometimes I I have time, I will also exercise in the evenings before dinner - This way, I will have lots of energy.
