Pro-life and Pro-choice

I've been quiet about this for a while, but it's getting on my nerves. A lot of people have been using the argument that "you're not really pro-choice" if you don't support the right to choose a certain thing. Others have argued you're not really pro-life if you support war or the death penalty. Both are using the terms out of context.
Pro-choice and pro-life are meant to apply to abortion. They do not apply to other situations. If you're going to use them to apply other situations, then remember: the logic goes both ways. If you say that you're not truly pro-choice if you don't belive doctors should be able to opt-out of abortion practices, it follows that you're not really pro-life if you support war or the death penalty. Let's be consistent here.
Let's stop applying the terms out of context, and start using them for the situation they were meant for, shall we?
