What do you think about what happend to Mike Tyson's daughter

I could not beleive it, Mike Tyson's daughte dies from a treadmill. When I found out about this tragedy I became very sad. But I do not understand how it happend, I do think that this little girl was unsupervised but at the same time bad things could happen in one second or was she left unattended for a long time. And how can the cord even go around her neck. Does anybody have any news or if someone can explain how this tragedy happend.
