My husband snores when he sleeps - I've learned that the best way to get hime to stop is to give him a little nudge while he is sleeping...that usually stops him :)

I do not snore, but my son was not snoring until he has been the sudden appearance of this year, hypothermia, nasal endoscopy found adenoid enlargement has changed the nose-shaped packed interval. The side of the nose between the nostrils were plugged, the other side of the swollen adenoids were blocking a gap leaving only a little. No wonder the kid goes to bed is always open his mouth, snoring off.The right remedy, after a period of treatment, the child goes to bed a lot of quiet, very few have the phonomenon of snoring.

I am somewhat petite and small and when my boyfriend first heard me snore he thought it had to be someone else in the room for he never thought he would hear me snoring. But I do and he thinks it is actually cute! Funny but I miss him when we dont sleep together just for his snoring alone. You see he has this steady rhythum that just rocks me to sleep. . better than any sleeping pill on the market! Happy snoring to all of us out here!

Well, I have been told that I do not. However, I have been single for a long time so I do not know for sure. Snoring when you have a cold or alergies is not a bad thing. It is only bad if you stop breathing when you snore. That is sleep apnea and it is dangerous. It happens to people who are usually over weight and have thick necks. Not always but most of the time. If there is doubt about it, your doctor can run tests and then send you to a sleep clinic. Shalom~Adoniah

Yes, I do snore. I didn't know that I snored, until my fiance first told me of this fact. I was never told whether I snored or not, before he told me. Personally, I'm fine with that, as I'm pretty sure that there are a lot of people who snore. This wouldn't surprise me in the least.

I used to snore- due to my tonsils, which were also a factor in me getting colds all the time. I got my tonsils removed, and voila- my snoring is permanently gone! I also don't get colds every month now. So yes, snoring can be a sign of some health risk, at least for me.

I don't snore, but almost everyone in my family does because they have sleep apnea, a problem where you stop breathing periodically in your sleep. Its so odd that I don't have it, though. My aunt even has a machine to help her sleep! I am perfectly quiet when I sleep. It might be because I am very healthy and in shape. What do you think?
