do you think landlords are fair

Having lived in apts all of my life, I've had my share of landlords. While I continue to pay their rent on time, and do my part to keep the property and apt maintained, they find nothing they do wrong. Here are my lists of things that infuriate me:
1. They tell me, "no one but tenants can park in the driveway." No Problem....but what about the numerous times their company/visitors block us in, or actually park in our spot.
2. "We should not disrupt the other tenants with parties". No problem...I don't like parties anyway. But why do I hear the Landlord and their kids, running around their apt all day above my head.
3. "No you can't have a swimming pool" on the well kept lawn, because it will stop the lawn from growing....but then I had to look at this portable Garage sitting on the lawn with a chevette that he was working on smack in the middle of it. That's not an eyesore?
4. Mentioning to the Landlord that a lock on the door needs fixing, a lock that never worked since I moved in.....their reply - "I don't mind going in half with you." Half? It never worked...why would I have to even pay for it.
5. Seal on the shower door let loose, and water went under the bathroom tiles....someone told them that the floor should be replaced because of the possible mildew....instead she went out and bought a shower sealer.
6. After moving in, landlord's daughter decided that she wanted the flowers from our back yard to be planted in hers....so landlord dug up all the nice flowers. Didn't she care whether or not I liked them there. Because I only rent, don't I still want a nice looking yard. I rented it with these flowers in mind...now it's no longer the yard I first had when I moved in.
7. Present Landlord's family, park in the back yard on the lawn, rather than in front of the house. Why? I haven't the foggiest idea..but is it fair to ruin our lawn because you can't walk a few more feet.
Do you think Landlords are fair?

When I was younger and first married my wife and I managed several apartments for different owners! We always tried our best, some were good experiences some were bad! You got a bad one! Not all are this way, I'd move before you get to obsessed with this and it's starts taking over your piece of mind! Serious I've seen that happen, why live under so much unnecessary stress? I know moving is not a fun experience, believe me I've done my share, but what the h*ll why go on like this? He isn't gonna change I'll guarantee it! Venting is good for the soul, but this is asking to much! Good Luck! tdemex

Thank you for responding and understanding. However, If I had the money, I would've been gone a long time ago. I'm supporting myself, and helping out a disabled son who lives nearby, and currently laid off. Most landlords want 1st month, last month, and security, up front. And if you know anything about Massachusttes(Taxachusetts), you will find out that the rents are cheap, when the building owners mortgage may run as high as 400,000. When the sale of homes went down, the rents certainly didn't. I feel I am stuck in a corner, unless I beg, or borrow from family, which I have never done.

I would not want to be a tenant ever again. I am tired of paying rent. Right now, I am staying with my brother and it's rent-free but I plan to move out as soon as I am able. Cheers!!
