Well, when I am in the Philippines, my favorite food is lechon and rice. And I like the way they prepare garlic rice there. Otherwise, I like rice best when it is served with another dish with some kind of sauce. I really like chicken and mushroom sauce served over rice.
When I am in Hawaii, I like rice served musubi style - riceball covered with nori (dried seaweed) and served with sliced fried meat or poultry. It is good with sliced hotdogs or sausages fried with a little soy sauce and sugar.
Perhaps my all time favorite is fried rice. Day old leftover rice cooked with eggs, vegetables, and whatever other leftovers you have.
It is odd, but when I was young I did not like rice. The only way I would eat it was with soy sauce or mayonnaise and ketchup.

I eat fried rice everytime i have chinese, i eat boiled rice with casseroles, and i make rice salad when i need a change.
There are times i have a bowl of boiled rice for lunch instead of noodles, of course it goes well with a nice durry or chilli too.

My wife actually makes me this rice dish that I like to eat just the way it is. Sometimes she will put chicken in it or some ground beef. But it is just as good without any added meat with it. She just uses some butter, some chili powder and some Italian seasoning, and it just ends up tasting really good. I can eat it just like that.

i eat almost any kind of meat with rice. sometimes if it is fried meat i'd have a slice of cheese with the rice and meat. however, when i was younger i was into that spaghetti and rice thing until i discovered that they're both the same in the sense that they're both carbohydrates.

we are a rice eating people... ... it's our favorite... we eat rice every meal. any dish is good for rice, others always wants "sabaw" (soup) with it. i dont eat rice with spaghetti...
i can eat rice on its own especially if it smells nice and those that are very white. sometimes i can eat rice with salt only, or i put oil in it mix it then add salt then eat, not fried rice as sometimes i get lazy...

I eat rice with everything! :D It's a traditional food here in my country. I can eat it with chicken, meat, soup, vege, seafood..everything you name it. It's also my basic meal daily. Rice is a must, at least half a bowl each day. I usually have it for lunch or dinner, but too heavy for breakfast. Another food that involves rice is sushi. That one I can eat non-stop, no matter what time. But if it's just rice itself, then nope. It tastes nothing. I don't think I'm able to eat it. Happy mylotting x)

in our country rice is a staple food. no households are found without it. a simple fried chicken or fish with rice makes a good meal. with me, i like everything with my rice, as long as it's freshly cooked. i also love fried rice with fried dried fish, or fried beef tapa and egg. yummy!
