I need a recipe for ice cream using stevia. I am a diabetic.

I borrowed an ice cream maker from my niece and it had a recipe book with several recipes but all contain 1/2 or more cup sugar. I am looking for a recipe for making ice cream using stevia. Stevia will not raise my sugar numbers.

make "squash pancakes" with stevia ...same principle as the pancakes thingy but use the mashed pancakes as flour and add the egg.. yummy! stevia is great!
