hello...
i'm just curious on how you people keeps your breath fresh? do you use a mouth wash after brushing?
me, i don't always have this mouth wash, but i always brush my teeth, and floss. sometimes i just chew some mint gums...i think it also helps in refreshing our breath.
how about you? what things are you doing to always keep your breath fresh? aside from of course regular check up with the dentists...
thanks! have a nice day!

Well i some time use mouth wash if i eating some thing that will make my breath smell really bad. But if i don't eat anything bad, i simply just brush my teeth only. Also if i found out that my breath is stink, i usually search some mint to chew to make my breath smell good again.

Brushing your teeth, using mouth wash and eating mints or using breath sprays are of course all good ways to keep your breath fresh and I use all of them at some time during the course of the day. Sometimes I even use those little disposable brushes when I travel to keep my teeth cleaned in between regular brushing. The one tip that I want to remind people of is to use the decorative parsley twigs or lemon wedges that come with a lot of meals when you eat lunch or dinner out. Chewing on the parsley twig especially helps to freshen your breath after eating when you are traveling or other instances when brushing would be inconvenient.

Most people think it is on the plate for decoration I think but parsley really is a good breath freshener and also very good for you to eat because it is full of vitamin A,C,Calcium and Iron.

Aside from doing my "TRIO" dental routine (floss, brush, and gargle with mouthwash) I also make it to a point that I don't go thirsty or hungry. That is one thing I've learned when we had our lesson on GI system. Our mouth tends to smell bad when we are dehydrated or hungry. I also have medicated mint lozenges. I try to avoid flavored mint candy since they also have this tendency to make our breath smell undesirable.

hi amijor...
i can sense that you really are taking good care of your oral hygiene...hmmm that's good!
yes, i also agree with that, that when we are hungry, there's really a tendency for our mouth to smell bad...was it because of the chemical reactions that's happening deep inside us?
so really? those flavored mints can also give undesirable smell? how come?
thanks for sharing...

Use mouth wash every time before brushing.
when you brush your teeth, you should also brush your tongue. this can solve gems problem.
Drink more water(this really helps), you try it after you drink a glass of water, try to smell your breath. you will notice the difference, before gems in your mouth bad breath can also be caused by gas in your stomach. drink more water can solve this problem.

Hi there!
I think that you can do that by avoiding really sticky and smelly food as much as possible, brushing your teeth three times a day, having your teeth cleaned up at least twice a year, use mouthwash for extra protection from smell and maybe mints in case of emergency. Also, it is recommended that you floss after you brush your teeth.
