According to me with most of us it is very difficult to say "NO" in personal or professional life as you think that by refusing the other person will get annoyed. but i think we should be firm and confident about your limits and shouldn't give the steer-ring of our life in some other person's hand. We should focus on our goals and targets first and give priority to them as it gives us more satisfaction and prevents us from stress while by taking more responsibilities than we can handle will lead to stress. So i think somtimes it is better to refuse others in order to achive your goals and dreams in life....what do you think???

hi Shraddha, I absolutely agree with your thoughts. There are situations in your personal as well as professional lifes where you need to be firm to yourself and say "NO". Its one of the most difficult things to do in life for most of us and thats something that we need to get over. At times it may happen that by saying "NO", you land up in trouble but its really required to do so to protect your self-esteem....which is one of the most posessive things in life.

yes vaibhav i agree with you...rather i thnk sayinf "NO" is not a selfish act. In fact, it may be the most beneficial that you can do for your family and your other commitments. when you say "NO" you'll be able to spend qaulity time on the things you have already said "YES" to....
