Can you forgive easily?

We should forgive easily. But, can you? Of course, it is definitely not easy to just let others' trespasses pass. Forgiving others just like that, no matter how much pain he/she must have caused us is a must. It is not a sign of weakness or anything of the such is it?

I feel that to forgive one is to give myself a favour. It keeps us angry and grow hatred within us only to make us physically and mentally ill. But still sometimes I find it very difficult to follow my own words

Hi there!
Generally, I don't bear grudges. I forgive easily. There's just one person that I can't really forgive no matter how I tried. It's the person who murdered my cousin. I don't really know if I will ever be able to forgive him but I hope that I will.

I will be honest and say that I work on this aspect of my life everyday. I am a grudge holder trying to change. I do believe that forgivness brings one relief as well...but sometimes, it is just hard to let go. I just recently found it in my heart to forgive someone who hurt me dearly- and that was 2 years ago.....but again...I am working on this.
