my mom have tried removing her warts from a cosmetic surgeon. so its better to have it remove that way. with the right person and with its expertise, they can be safely remove if really worries you. my mom hate it so thats why we went to the said person and had it gone.

Wart can be also remove by rubbing onion with salt. That may take few rubs but it will be worthy trying to do that.

Another way to remove warts is to put an oil or salve over it (doesn't matter much which, as long as it covers it completely), then cover it with duct tape. Change it twice a day and keep doing it until the wart goes away, usually 5 or 6 weeks. I don't know, but it makes sense to me that warts need oxygen or air or light and if you don't allow them that, they go away.
