I think biryani is the best dish made using rice. The famous Hyderabadi biryani is a proof to this statement. I love mutton and chicken biryani.. I hail from Vellore in Tamilnadu,India. Here the Arcot Nawab biryani, Ambur biryani are very famous and tasty.. So any biryani fans out there ??

absolutely relishing! i am a die-hard fan of hyderabadi biryani.i make it a point to have it at my friend's house whenever i am at hyderabad.

I have eaten chicken biryani few times and I like it, but it's sad that I didn't learn how to make it. I lived in India for almost a year and the first time I eat chicken biryani is from the restaurant. We have a neighbor that's shows me how to cook biryani once, but I can't remember now. I'm not sure if I have eaten the other biryani's you have mentioned, but I will, when I get the chance.

I love biryani too! I like all kinds of biryani but my favorite is a dish we call Kachchi biryani in Bangladesh.
