My computer is not saving my sign in name or passwords anymore.

This happened after I installed an add on to Fire fox. It is firebug 1.3 and I am unable to uninstall that program or restore my computer to previous dates to get rid of the firebug. So needless to say now when ever I check my email or go to a sight where I have to sign in I have to type in all the information. Does antone here know what I could do to fix this?

I hate it when things like that happen with my computer too. It gets on my last nerve. I have tried Firfox before and it did not work well with my computer at all. I use internet explorer. Have you tried to do a system restore?

Sorry I wish I could help you, but I have never had this problem. I have never even used Firefox. I don't even use a sign in name or password on my laptop. I used to but My daughter and the grandkids don't live with me anymore, so I don't have to go through all that.
