I do not have the habit of chewing the 'chewing gum'. Some people say that by chewing the chewing gum we get chest pain. I do not know whether it is true. But children are very fond of chewing gum.

Never beyong surplus!
I do love chewing the "chewing gum" and somebody say this can help we to lose weight. But don't keeping chewing for more than 15 minutes once, or maybe we will get chest pain. And anybody who suffer from tummy bug shall not chew it.

I watched on tv that chewing the gum for more than three minutes is not good and some had told me that too. Maybe it's the bitter taste of chewing gum that can give chest pain. I think it is not recommended to very young children because there is a risk that they can swallow it.

Sometimes i am in that too. I am not sure if we can get chest pain from chewing chewing gum, because i did not experience it.
There are times i love chewing when i am alone and doing household chores.

Hello, cudamani! Well, I sometimes chew gum when i was young. I play with it by making a bubble of it. I throw it when its taste becomes bitter because some had told me that there is a bad effect when chewing a gum for more than three minutes.
There was a discussion here about that chewing gum can help students perform better in math. I tried to search it on the net and read the study about the difference between the students who chew gum and those who are not. They had found out that it helps even a little as proven by the results of math tests taken by the students.
But I rarely chew gum nowadays. Happy mylotting and have a nice day!
