I have been busy with other things these days and haven't been here for several days. And I found that I nearly forgot there is mylot on the Internet. :) Maybe because I am a slow typist and reader, or maybe because the size of the words in mylot is small for me,my eyes are uncomfortable after mylotting for some time. I found that I was addicted to mylot and was worried about that. But now I am happy to see that I quit mylotting for some time successfully. :) I am not addicted to it.
So you guys, are you addicted to mylot? Have you ever quit mylotting for some time? How long?

I have only been on here a few days but can see why people might get addicted to it. I am trying to limit the amount of time I spend on here. I have family and friends and other commitments to drag me away from the computer though, so I do not spend all my time on here.

Yes, you are absolutely correct. Mylot is just a discussion site where you can earn for the discussions you take part. If you are getting addicted to Mylot, then you are one of the biggest fools in this world. As you said, we have family and friends and it is absolutely necessary to spend time with them. If You mylot for Half an hour a day, it is good. IF you spend more time on that then you are missing your family and friends. If you are that much intrested in earning online, then i would suggest people to go for blogging instead of Mylotting as you can earn a mazimum of upto say 25 cents per day and if you mylot for 8 to 9 hours, then you can be gaining an amount say near to 1 dollar. If you are a good business minded personality, then you can rope in more number of people as your refferals and earn more money. Happy Mylotting.

Ya, your account never gets deleted in mylot and you can resume whenever you want to Mylot. I am into mylot for the last two months and whenever i have work i never come to mylot. At an average I mylot for around 2 hours a week and that is sufficient to earn an avearage of 5 dollars per month which is an added pocket money according to me. I can meet part of my petrol expenditure by Mylotting and nothing more.

Every summer I quit mylotting for a while because I go away on vacation for a month or more and have no access to a computer!

I've kind of already quite for five months. I never go on it anymore. It's rare if I do go one, I would only do about two posts.

I can get addicted to the increasing earnings, but to be honest, I don't have much time for keeping up regular communications with people on here, so I try not to make friendships. I rather read peoples postings from my friends list, as appreciation for them being my friend, and log on here as and when I get time. Its nice sometimes just to know theres a little bit of cash to be made if I really want/need to. I've been getting a little addicted lately to the tasks and have been lagging behind on my uni work as a result. Naughty me :)

I will have to say that maybe in a way I am addicted, but only a teeny bit. I do take breaks from here everyday though as I have other things to do besides here, and I need to get them done. I do like mylot though, as I have learned so much in here. Being able to express our feelings and get paid for them is ideal. Making friends is ideal as well. I have made lots of friends in here as well. There are days that I can't be in here, and so the next day, I will try to make up for the time I wasn't here. I do AS mudh as I can for as long as I can when I am in here. I don't however push myself, but I do try to set goals. Well, good luck to you and happy mylotting.

When I surf the net, I usually enter mylot. But I am not that addicted to it. I just spend a few minutes a day and post around 15 responses then I log off already. Actually, when I traveled to another country recently, I did not went to mylot for around 2 weeks. That is the longest time I have not been mylotting.

Hi there :) I've been in mylot for three years but I stopped for a year since we lost our internet connection for a year. During those times we were just few here and I was surprised when I logged in again last May because I could no longer see my batch mates here. :)

I have joined mylot not too long ago, probably about 3 months back. And so far, I have been logging in to mylot everyday without fail. Or I should put it this way, not a single day which I have not logged in to mylot. Some times I may not post discussions or responses when I logged in, I would simply read those discussions and responses posted by members here.
