Would you go to the beach if it weren't sunny?

I would still go to the beach even if it wasn't sunny. as long as the there are no heavy rains or storms. LOL. The idea of going to the beach is to relax and just enjoy the company of your friends.. So I guess, as long as I like the people I'm with, and the beach is nice.. I would still go. =)

The beach is always a great place to go hang out despite the weather conditions. To be able to sit and relax and enjoy the scenery is something we all should enjoy. I'd go even if its raining =D. happy my lotting.

On the contrary I prefer to go to the beach when there is no sun at all.The heat here is unbearable and you just cannot bear to stand the scorching heat during the sunny days here.It is extremely hot from February to June.People prefer to go the beaches on ly in the mornings or evenings.

I like cold day,if it weren't sunny i think it's perfect.you know if it is sunny we must protect our skin.

Hi there , I live in India and I dont think the people here go to the beach for sun bath. We usually go to the beach in the evening to relax and enjoy the light breeze coming from the sea.Its better if it is cloudy than sunny. Then it will be much more pleasant. You can sit on the beach for a long time just watching the waves that rush to the shore and withdraw as a white form bubbles. Thanks

I live on an island and going to the beach is an almost daily occurance. Rain or shine makes no difference to me. I like the beach even in the stormy winter months. I like to collect rocks and polish them and make walking sticks from the driftwood. I just love the beach.

mmh..i think not!!N ever happend to me to come to the beach if the day is awful or not so sunny as well!!Also because i live not quite near to the seaside and so beach..and if i take time to come there normally i notice about the weather...

We did this once and though we had fun, it wasn't as much fun as when it's sunny. I guess it was because we wanted to get a tan. There are still many things to do at the beach even without the sunshine, but you won't definitely get a tan (which is always a proof that you went to the beach). Anyway, enjoy the outing!

Hi, oyenkai. Honestly? I would love it if it is cloudy. I love the beach but if it is too hot and too crowded, I would not be able to relax. I like just to lie down and watch the water or close my eyes and listen to the waves. A little shower is ok too but I hope it would not rain the whole time I am there. Have fun at the beach! I miss Tagaytay.

I love the beach but without the sun and it being cold, no way! My thinking is whats the point.

Oh dear, I won't. I go to the beach because of the sun. I'd be really bummed out if I'm at the beach and there is no sun. That is such a big letdown. But you have fun today! Enjoy and relax.

I would. I love the beach. It is great when it is sunny, but I find the sund of the ocean waves peaceful and relaxing. I can just relax, and for one afternoon forget the stresses of my life. I wish there was one closer to me, I have to drive about 8 hours to get to the nearest real beach

yes, i often would go on days that were not sunny. sometimes being overcast made it more comfortable but always remember your sunscreen because you can still get burned. I also liked it because it was less crowded and we had more of the beach to ourselves. Have fun!

yeah i would go... i have gone to the beach while it wasn't sunny. it can still be nice.. i like going out night so its not sunny at all lol but i don't go swimming in the water. the beach is nice as long as its not rainy weather its sunny or not its nice.

It seems lots of people are going on their company outings this weekend - that includes around three clusters in our office. Well, I guess it's okay to go the beach even if it's not sunny as long as it does not rain the entire time.

If I plan to go to the beach , let's say this weekend, but if it is going to rain, I would be so so so disappointed and I would just cancel the trip, wait for another one. I don't like to go to the beach when it is not sunny, amkes it not as fun.:-p I like to tan myself and play in the water under the sun, it feels so good!

Hi Oyenkai, The weather doesn't matter, it's the people who you are going with matters! To me, i can absolutely stand on the bad weather if i am going out with all my favorite friends, we will have fun for sure. But if i am going out with someone that i don't want to but have to, no matter how good the weather is, i won't quite enjoy it. See the differences? So, go ahead and have a fun! Forget about the weathers! Alway look at the half glass full!
