think of those that are
Many of my family members and friends say that I am spoiled, and well yes I have a good life, my husband does his own laundry, we have a lawn service and once a week we have a cleaning service come and do a Deep clean of the house (yea for tomorrow, cleaning day)
My father spoiled me as a child, well till his death, then my step father spoiled me, my boyfriends spoiled me, my first husband did at first but that changed, my current husband spoils me. I feel that I am very lucky to be married to such a great man and to someone whom can support me and provide for me in the way that he does. I do not go around acting as if I own the world are like a spoiled child. I am thankful for the life I have and for what God has given me.
I also plan on sharing my luck with others, in that we are going to be foster parents in when the children go to school, as our way of giving back for all that we have been given..
so are you spoiled and to what extent

Hello meandmy3, I think you are just a blessed person you have loving parents and loving husbands, but I will not call you a spoiled person, for spoiled means something different for me it means useless or make something less good. I think we should not use that word. I have my children and I love them but I don't want them to be called spoiled children I want them to be blessed children and God fearing children. Maybe other people do really mean the word spoiled and called someone a spoiled person if he or she acts or behave differently. Thanks Happy my lotting.

Good to hear that you have such lucky life and is preparing to spread out your happiness to others. I don't think you are spoiled but was loved by a lot of people. Spoiled is more like being helped out while you can actually do / should that yourself very frequently. Even tiny little things like tying your shoe laces, you have others done for you.
And to answer your question, I don't think I am spoiled because I hate being spoiled. I do all the things myself. Just not used to letting others to serve. I am the only child at home and as my parents have to go to work. I am quite independent since small. Lucky that my mom required me to help in all the houseworks from cleaning to drilling (em.....as for drilling, she didn't ask but I saw how my dad do it and I thought I can do that as well, so I tried it out). I'd rather she did it this way because now I can take care of myself without the help of anyone. I am happy and independent.
