My Mp4 player has got hung up, doesnt start!

I bought it sometime back, its fully charged but I am unable to put it on, it doesnt load and starts up. It seems there is some problem or the software is gone,If somebody has any ideas how to reboot it or load or start it, comment!

my old nano use to do that i had to hold down menu and the center buttom or play and the center i don't rember but its one of them.

My nano sometimes freezes on me. I usually press either the menu key and the middle or the play key and the middle button for 10 or so seconds to reboot mine. I forget which buttons they are. I found it out online so maybe you can do a search.
