Mylot's problem , appeal help

I am a new member here . I want to add an avatar to my profile !
But I can't ! Who knows how to change the avatar ? Need I to post enough tread on MYLOT . I remember that my friend used to change the avatar easilly .
The second problem is that how to fill the blank of my paypal account . I can't find where it is .
Need your help . Thank you ! ^_^
