Actually it's not hard to build a website. For personal web, you can build a blog by using free blogging provider such as blogger. But if you want to build a professional website, then you need to learn html and web programming skills. Digital imaging skill also helpful for the designing purpose. There's alot of software which created for helping newbie making website. Just search around the internet and you'll find some of them. For html reference you can find it on w3c website. It's free for use. Good luck and have a nice day. Happy mylotting.

Okay, well firstly we are not meant to post are links in discussions but you can check out my site which features in my profile as it is a website and not a blog. Okay down to the subject of building a website, it all depends on what you want to achieve with the website. If you are just looking to create a website for a bit of fun and are not worried about making money or making a statement then there are plenty of free webhosts which basically do all the building work for you, all you have to do is post content and tell people you have a website. But if you are looking at building a proper website which will hopefully generate some money then there are a lot of things to learn. Just a brief list would be coding in html and php, understanding search engine optimization, undertsanding marketing and also how to monetize your website. All these things do take time to learn but every time you learn something new you do feel like you achieve something. Plus once you get into it website building does become easier it's just the actually starting which is most difficult. Good luck if you do decide to build a website

You should have waited to give out best response. One hour usually tells us that you just picked a friend and gave it to them. That usually means that people trying to earn best response will ignore you future posts all together.

Actually, building a site is simple. You can choose 1 - From scratch using coding or at least via Macromedia Dreamweaver or any other similar software. It can be hard at first but you'll get use to it as Dreamweaver makes most things easier. However you need to be careful so that your site won't crash. Try checking the site in various web browser. 2 - Using Freewebs, Tripod or whatever. It's not the best choice but Freewebs come with pretty design. You will have yoursite.webs.com though. You can have your own domain but need to pay a certain price for this. Personally, I pick no. 1. Good luck!

I do have a website I built myself. You have to first decide who your audience will be. Then you have to decide on what you want your site to achieve and how you want it to look. What kind of navigation do you want. I had a lot of trouble with other programs and found that Serif has the best and easiest to use. Web plus is simple to learn and very easy to figure out and use. IT is such a creative outlet too!

I used to have a website. I created it using one of the free website builders on the internet. I use to get a lot of visitors but I had to stop running it because I needed more time to concentrate on my studies. It took up a lot of time, as it needed to be constantly up-dated with new information, and people used to send messages asking for help and advice. If you use one of the free website builders then they are not too difficult to make. What does take a lot of effort is the content you put into them. I hope you get to build your website. It can be hard sometimes but it can also be fun too.
