It's depend on the dimension of the glasses...
The normal ones are usually of 200 ml and so you can fill about 4 glasses!
Instead, the big glasses are usually of 250/300 ml and so you can fill about 3 glasses!

a glass is around 200ml so i'd say thats about 4 glasses of water. And no thats not enough water intake. You need to drink twice that amount of water at the very least in order to stay healthy

hi! i think 750 ml is roughly between 3-3.5 glasses. that's way below the recommended 8 glasses a day or at least 2 liters of water intake per day. you need to drink more. but if you're not accustomed to drinking a lot of water, just try increasing your intake a little each day. don't overdo yourself because you might get the bloated feeling if you are not used to it.

That is somewhere around 3 large glasses. 1 Liter which is 1000ml can fill 4 large glasses. I have read somewhere that a person can take 2 Liters of water a day, maximum. So i guess 750ml would be the minimum intake a day. Well to make it easier, you can take 8 glasses of water a day and that includes softdrinks, fruit juices or anything that has water.
