terrible migraines, any advice?

I've been suffering from migraines for quite a while now. My doctor prescribed me axert and amitriptylene which helped some, but the amitriptylene made me so groggy the next day. I have been off these meds for several months now because I'm pregnant and they aren't safe to take. My migraines are back with a vengeance, and I'm wondering if anyone has any advice or natural remedies that might help.. thanks!
