Loud music + bass

Who here LOVES some nice loud music, and bass that BOOMS? Anyone? Maybe I'm the only one. I'm sitting here right now listening to music on my BOSE system, and I have an Infinity 'woofer doing all the bass work. It's not anything insane but I doubt anyone else would be able to handle it -- lol! Are there any other bass freaks here?

Oh yeah! I like loud music. And bass too. But I assume that a lot of people who like a lot of loud bass tend to listen to rap. Not me. I have no stomach for rap. I get my dose from heavy metal. I don't necessarily want things rattling off my walls, but occasionally it's alright. In the words of the KISS song, I LOVE IT LOUD.

I don't really associate bass with just rap. I'm not a heavy metal fan at all, but I do listen to some other stuff that has some decent bass (of course -- rap/hip-hop is the king of bass, imo). Good to see I'm not the only one who likes it loud.
With all this bass, I'll probably be deaf before I'm 30, lol!!
