brushing ones teeth are one of the top most important hygiene we must follow and to be get used to it, all the time.
we needed our teeth to chew our food well and to grind the the foods we put inside our mouth before it goes to our stomach to be dissolve. our teeth are so important that we need to take extra care for it! we need to brush and floss it everyday to remove all the excess and unwanted particles that may reside between our teeth.here are some tips on how and how long we need to brush our teeth!Brushing should take about 2 1/2 to 3 minutes.
Get a soft toothbrush. Never use medium or hard brushes because they can damage your gums and cause recession.
Brush your teeth at least two to three times a day, and after each meal if you can. You might want to set a brushing schedule so you keep at it.
Brush the backside (or inside) surfaces of your teeth - both upper and lower. Take your time and be gentle when doing this. Repeat this approximately five to seven times for each area of the front teeth.
When your toothbrush bristles fray out or become too soft, usually after 3 months, it is time to get a new toothbrush.
If your gums start bleeding, it means they are out of shape. Make sure you are brushing properly!
Visit a dentist at least twice a year for an exam and x-rays, and a cleaning.
Consider using mouthwash after you brush for a fresh, clean feeling and added protection against gingivitis, etc.
Floss daily.
happy brushing every one. hope this is a big help for all of us. because it does to me!
do stay fresh and clean. and a gingivitis free teeth!thanks friends

well i'm brushing my teeth three times a day, but it takes minutes and minutes of it, because i make sure that all the bacteria are gone, but we cannot guarantee it, so after brushing i gargle a mouthwash to have long lasting fresh breath.

I think I do all of the above mentioned procedures for keeping my teeth clean and healthy. I have sensitive teeth so I take extra care for it as possible including teeth cleaning and changing my toothbrush. I also brush my teeth before kissing my bf as it feels more nice to kiss when your breath smells fresh. He always says that he missed my kisses

I'm just kidding. It usually takes me two to three minutes to brush my teeth. While brushing, I think of what I will do first in the office and plan my day. Then I'll get dressed and go to work.

im not particular in the time i consumed in brushing my teeth. as long as i feel that my teeth are clean already it would fine then. the mouthwash will do the rest.i always have it since im always prone to mouth sores that i hate the most.

I was told by my dentist that we need to brush our teeth everyday, ideally every after meal, and it should last for 90 minutes. Your toothbrush should be changed every 3-4 months, and if you have mouth problems like gingivitis, change your toothbrush right away with a new one.
