I find these guys as in sleep always, they are perhaps sleep deprived as they come home at odd hours after long phone discussions and overseas talk. One of my friend is such a employee, who doesnt come home for days together, I dont know how he manages without sleep!

I affects your health if you lack of sleep and affects also your performance at work. That's why I don't work in call center because I can't work at night shift. I can't sleep at daytime. I remembered when I work in a night shift I always feel sleepy because the quality of my sleep during the day is not good. I always awake and can't sleep continously. I loss a lot of weight that time. It is hard to be in a night shift. Many work in night shift have a problem in there heart or have high blood pressure.

Yes I agree with you. I used to work in some call centers here in my country for a few years and my health was in threat. I always get sick 1-3 times a month due to stress and lack of sleep. A good night sleep is still the best, even if you try to sleep during the day. It just so happen that these call centers give high compensations and good incentives to their employees thats why evrybody would like to work in call centers.
