Before I got married, I still got the chance to go for window shopping when I got angry but now with 2 children, that is not an option because they are still very young. It won't enjoyable if I bring my 3 and 1 yr old for window shopping.
Thanks for sharing.

I try and forget about it or beat the guy up if he angered me(If I don't like him that is.)

Yeah, I know but there are people who insult my family and stuff so I have no other choice.

First i will switch my mind away from focusing on the matter that make me angry. If there is a person standing in front of me and piss me off, i will make my mind to think of other thing, then i will quickly go away if that person is still pissing me off. I'll keep telling myself not to get angry as getting angry is actually torturing myself. The next thing i will do is to do some sports in order to release tension. Normally i will feel much better after that.

Hey,
Well I don't really get angry at all, well I actually do, but now I have learned to control my anger. If I do not control my anger I just merely hurt myself mentally because I would do more damage to myself instead. Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!

Screaming helps a lot. When I'm angry I go on a walk and when I'm far from home and there's nobody around I scream out all my anger and frustrations. Also doing housework helps a lot, like peeling potatoes or cleaning my room. About 20min of housework is enough for me to calm down.

I heard about screaming in the water if we can't go anywhere, just stuck where you are, home. I should try that.
Houseworks might be possible but I have children that I can't avoid.
But thanks for your advise.
Yesterday I slammed newspapers to the floors because I know that I won't regret it
and I felt so much better after that. But I'm afraid of becoming a harsh person.

I release my anger by doing housework! Lol, the minute someone makes me acting I act like a lunatic and start doing the ironing and the washing and just generally tidying up. I only noticed that this was what I do recently. Sometimes a walk outside helps if the weathers nice, really calms you down

A walk outside is not possible for me. but I'll try housework.
I got angry to things that I can't avoid everyday. There are always things like my children and also my in laws comments and actions.
I really wish that I can take whatever they are without getting angry but it's just so hard to avoid the anger.
