I know I am asking a weird question. I will try to explain a little bit.
The graphic style of anime are shown in how the characters and the background are presented. For example coarse outline. Details graphics. Static background crowd. Funky drawings like patches of color instead of continuous color. Irregular outline.
I try to categorised them as below,
Simple + coarse (eg.Crayon Shinchan)
Simple + cute (eg. Ranma 1/2, Pokemon)
Normal (Full Metal Alchemist, Inuyasha, Naruto etc.)
Modern (Computer graphics eg. Appleseed)
Artistic (Detailed with style. eg. The moving castle of Howl, Princess Mononoke)
Fansy (you can see hair as strps eg. La Corda D'Oro, Vampire Knight)
Funky (eg. Monoke)
For myself, I cannot accept the funky style

I like the CGI scenes in Initial D, I think it gives the anime much more power, I also watched some episodes of Keroro Gunsou which were in 3D animation, I prefer mostly normal animation like in Bleach, the most interesting things is the video effects like how energy attacks are animated (watch the latest episodes of Bleach, they're nothing like the first 3-4 seasons). I like it when they're detailed, and I also like when anime have random trivia or references to other anime put in there randomly in the world of the anime by the studio.

There are many talented artists in the world and they have such amazing ability that they are able to create wonderful graphics and anime. I am not a fan of anime but I do watch once in a while. Cheers!!
