Hey friends, hope everyone is in the best of health. Just wondering if you happen to think that you look good for your age. When I look in the mirror I'm slowly starting to see a few signs of aging. Since I try my best to take care of myself. It don't really bother me when i see a few signs of aging because I know that there are somethings that we can't do anything about. SO what about you, do you feel bad when you notice signs of aging? Also do you think that you look good for your age?

Hi!i feel pretty good about myself in this age.i think the marks that we get with age give us some extra beauty that young people dont get in anyway.so i thoroughly
enjoy my age.i dont bother about it at all.you are right. we cannot change somethings in life.it we start worrying then we will become old before our age.i think iam not that kind of person.just like you i also dont care about aging.i just enjoy my life as it is.i am sure that iam definitely looking good for my age.

Hello Kalaga, I hear you loud and clear and I have to agree with you 110 percent. The older we get, it shows more character in my opinion and even the bible speaks about grey hair as being a sign of wisdom. So I just like to show off my wisdom every now and then. Anyhow, enjoying life is certainly a major key element to staying youthful. Hope you have a happy life with great success and thanks for responding. Happy mylotting!

More importantly than whether or not I look good for my age...I feel good for my age. I'm 54 and, according to my friends, I look a lot younger, but I do know that I feel a lot younger. Granted, I've put on about five extra pounds during the past two years that refuse to take a hike so I stopped stuffing myself into my old clothes and bought new ones. I didn't like the gray because it was coming in here and there...a few strands at a time and not the cool Bride of Frankenstein look...so I started coloring my hair again. It's been lots of fun! Right now I'm a flaming auburn redhead. Be comfortable with who you are and with how old you are because you can't be anything else. If you try people will make fun of you behind your back.

Hey Spalladino,
it's good to hear that you are taking care of yourself. I think that you've figured out the key to life, you have to do what's going to work best for you and for your own happiness and welfare. I did get a few grey ones in but I don't think they look bad on me so I'm happy with leaving them there for the time being. All before the grey ones started to show up I used to color my hair but I thought it would look more distinguishing not to color it....Haven't decided if I'll go back to using Miss Clairoll or not. Right now I'm just fine with me just the way I am. I don't care what others think of say, it's what I think and say that matters the most. God bless and take care and always be good to yourself. Happy mylotting.

Good for you Beenice. You are very lucky also to have a husband that accepts you just as you are. What more can I say, As for the osteoarthritis my thing about that is how do you really know it's there if you can't see it? Ever heard of the placebo. Man or woman go to the doctor, tell the doctor they have a headache, the doctor give then a sugar pill. The man or woman goes home saying I'm cured, I'm cured. Little did they know they never had nothing to begin with, they simply believed that the doctor had the cure for what was ailing them. Not to say that your arthritis doesn't really exist but could it all just be in the mind and our way of thinking about it? The docs told me that I had it too btw but I don't bother to pay it much attention and believe it or not, when I don't bother it, it don't seem to bother me. Take care and live a happy life...........pain free............. Happy mylot!

Lols, okay Cher, well I don't know quite what to make out of that last comment, don't know whether it's a good thing or a bad one. Anyhow as long as you're staying active it's probably a good thing. It's good when people can't really tell your age. So good job! And thanks for replying, happy mylot!
