Do you reuse your zip lock bags?

When you have used a zip lock bag, do you use it only once and throw it out, or do you use it again? I usually will wash mine out with warm soapy water and reuse it. I think it is such a waste to use them once and throw them out. If the bag isn't really messy, I will reuse it,how about you?

It depends what I use them on. I usually don't reuse the ones that were used on frozen meat, but if it's for storing something for the house or cabinet snacks I reuse them until they're worn out.

I totally agree. It always depends on what was stored previously in them. It is such a waste of money and clogs up the garbage dumps! UGH!! They are such a handy tool that I can't imagine what I would do without them!

Same here ! I will wash them out and use them again . Like you say it does depend on what was in them . If it was something really messy I figure it's not worth the work . I almost alway have one or two drying out in my dish pan that I have washed out

I do like to wash and reuse my ziplock bags. I feel like I can save some money by doing this and still get to use the good bags. But will not reuse bags that contained raw meat or if it is very greasy (just to hard to clean).
