What's been going on in my life since the last time I was I here

My boyfriend came back from flordia and went to a car sale with a friend and got a D.U.I.. On the 27th of May he got sentenced for it. He has to serve a one year in jail. I asked him if he has learned anything for all of this. And he said yes. That next time he will listen to me and not get behind the wheel of car. He been treating me a lot better and spending time with me. But now he has a lot of time to think about our relationship and the friends he hangs out with. Now he is going to find out who is there for him and who is not.

That's a rough lesson for him but, hopefully, it will open his eyes about the choices he's been making. Fortunately, he didn't hurt anyone while he was driving in that condition...I would imagine that that would be he11 to live with.

you can only hope he means what he says this time.Make him think real hard about driving like that you just may save a life.

I'm sorry to hear your boyfriend was driving drunk and has to spend a year in jail. How distressing for you. Perhaps while he's in jail thinking about the choices he's making, you should think about whether this relationship is right for you. It sounds to me like he's immature, self-centered and irresponsible and not thinking much about what's best for you. I wish you the best of luck!
