Last night I did not go to bed until 1am and even worse I didn't fall asleep until nearly 2. Then, I woke up before 7am for going to work.
Less than 5 hours of sleep means I am so sleepy now. What would you guys do if you are walk into the office without any energy like me?
I have thought of taking a cup of coffee but I was worried that it could not last for the whole day.

I'll drink coffee to keep me up or any energy drink that contains caffeine.. I cannot afford to sleep at my office table because my boss might caught me and will terminate me from my work. I'll try my best to be awake. Then once I'm home, I'll go to my bed immediately and take a sleep..

Years ago I had to be at work at 5:00 a.m., so I had to get up at 4:00 a.m. and go to bed at 9:00 p.m. There were times, like you that I could not get to sleep until hours later. My survival kit included Diet Coke and granola bars. Plus the ability to do my job while on "auto-pilot" for the first couple of hours.

I would go into the rest room and wet my face with cold water. Try to keep busy with things that are not boring and drink plenty of coffee or I would drink tea. Its the worst feeling when you are at work and not full of your usually energy.

I am not a morning person, so I experience this everyday. I also have trouble falling asleep. I feel your pain. I just have to force myself to make it through the day. There has been one time I had to call and come in late because I knew if I went in, I wouldn't be of any use.
