So, if you go to a store, and saw a bunch of stuff that attracts your eyes. So, you step in there, and browse around those beautiful items. Can you control your impulse to buy them all? Or you rather sacrifice this month's saving, and give yourself another excuse to shop recklessly? Can you really restrain your shopping impulse at the moment?

prior to my having triplets I worked, my check was direct deposited into a savings account, we never lived off of my money, even with my shopping habits.
I was a professional and made just as much as he did, we saved a good bit of money, he knew that I enjoyed shopping prior to getting married to me. He knows that I enjoy it, he knows that well it is what I do. He knew that and accepted it from day one, He promised to never change me. So yes he has an option and if money were ever tight I would scale back, but as it is not a problem there is no need to.

I am not really the one who shops for our household. It is usually my wife. When I go to a department store or grocery, I usually go directly to the product I want to buy. I do not buy in impulse but rather there is always a purpose or a target product. Well, I think most men shop that way.

yes, I have been very good on restraining my shopping impulses. More so now that I am laid off. Before I got laid off, my restrain was a little lax but I would not go over board. However, what I would do I would put some money each week until I will get enough money for I want then go and buy it.
