Only 1 person credited, what about the whole team?

There is injustice about our supervisor, who only credited one person in the whole team. We, as a team, work together closely, and we dedicated all we can to finish this project. At the end, our supervisor only saw the end result. The person who only do the final testing get a awarded. What about the persons who do all the assembly, and the person who initiate all the materials. They also work as hard as everyone else in the team. That is really not fair act. It was such disappointment with our supervisor. Don't you ever feel the same if there is not credit to the whole team?

well clorissa,
don't take it too hard. this is life!
I've experienced the same thing before. Really, I'm sure everyone who works in groups, be it students working on projects, to adults working on a product or proposal together will face it.
Like awhile ago, I saw this comic strip that has 2 pictures. The 1st, saying "Whenever I work, no one notices". The second, predictably, says "Whenever I slack, everyone looks". This is so true, ain't it?
Clorissa, I guess the reason why the person who does the final testing gets rewarded is because he is noted. I mean, he happens to be the last one handling the product (I suppose), so to the supervisor, it's as if he did everything himself. My point is, you have to do something to make yourselves stand out, and show your supervisor, albeit purposely, that you guys are doing something!
It takes a very very good and observant, on-the-ground management to spot the team effort and not individual efforts. Till then, I hope what I mentioned above, can help you and your fellow colleagues get the deserved recognition and rewards
*cheers*
