I come across a book I have been reading while I was out of town last week then I read a line stating The reason why worry kills people than work is that more people worry than work. for me I worried a lot to the most simple things and it really is not good makes me sick all the time, so upon reading this one I ponder on it and come to a conclusion that it is never good to worry. how about you how would you react on this saying.

I once was sleepless for a long time, and worrying is the main reason for my sleepless. And finally, I recovered from it. I agree that worry kills people than work. worry is powerful to kill you if you are not powerful, Always keep your heart peace will make you more powerful.

yeah the chain continues if one worries one tend not to sleep well and one may tend not to eat or eat less then the body deteriorates and sickness would come and so on and so forth so it is right that one must be in control of ones feelings and emotions so nothing bad will happened and you are in tune with life.

Hi Dan! How are you?
Worry, yes I used to worry a lot.
I don't worry as much anymore. Just worry about the bill's I need to pay.
Other than that, I try not to make life more difficult than it all ready is.
Because of all my worrying in the past, my health is not the way it should be.
I find since I stopped worrying about what others think, I have less pains and head aces. I feel better. There are still some days that I worry about everything, but I try not too.
So I would say that saying is very true.
Take care.

Hi Dan! I missed you too. I have been very busy lately.
I have a part time job know. But I am so easily tired.
Right know I can hardly keep my eyes open. I have to go to bed.hahaa1
I worked two days in a row, but I need to get back into the working atmosphere.
I have been home too long.
But, I am doing quite well.
Happy to have heard from you. I will be back tomorrow.
Tomorrow I have a rest day. hahaha!
Until later.
Take care.
No more worrying for us. "Things can only get better".
That is a song. A good one.

I agree, bro. Worrying too much is hazardous to one's health and his or her relationship with others will be affected too. 80% of our lives if not concentrated on our worries, we will definitely be able to achieve more.
I used to be very worried when my exes did not text or when I called they didn't pick up the phone. Or canceling to meet me at the last minute. And I used to worry about work situations aplenty too. I've since learned to be more relax and handle things as they come now. And I find that I can definitely focus better.

Nice to hear that you have recovered from the worrying stage my friend and it is nice to see you again. Well life is a learning process we have to go through a lot of things before we come to learn how to handle situations and as we grow older the mature we become. As they say wisdom goes with age. have a nice day my friend.

I think worrying does reduce your quality of life. It really doesn't make sense to worry so much about certain things but sometimes you just can't help it!
Sometimes our problems are so big that we just don't know how to handle them, but with good coping skills and realizing that we can't control everything in our life, one can get thru most things in life. We will always have problems in our lives and we need to LIVE the best life we possibly can.

very well said my friend we just have to learn to cope on all our problems and live with it. It's the worrying too much that is not good. Life never is full of happy moments it has it's ups and downs just learn to be contented on what you have but dont stop aiming high.

True saying. Another way put, it's not disease or old age that kills people but it's the stress. Stop worrying, keep thinking. I guess worrying is actually a natural thing entagled in our pysilogical wiring, but modern man is becoming smarter, to understand himself and how to overcome that which nature has provided us by default.

It seems accurate to me. Everyone from the youngest to the oldest worries, and many do not work. Many worry because they cannot find work. Work is action, taking action frees you from worry, which is inaction.

Great point you have we worry lots of things but if we work something out regarding that thing that we are worried about and find solutions in it then it would no longer worry us.

You are right here when you say that worry can kill. Maybe not right away, but worry causes stress, stress releases adrenalin into the blood stream that is not burned off properly and it is this that slowly damages the system over time. It is good to develop a positive way of thinking. - Derek

Yes, worry makes you depress, don't look good or even cannot sleep.
But, i consider the worry, this function for human, is not only have negative effects. In evoluntionary processes, this function makes people have to change the environment to reduce the negative feelings. In other words, once you're worring, you would find some ways to stop it. Just like pain, it's not just hurt you, it tells you, you are wounded, need pay attention and cure.
Worry is a signal, also is a impetus, it tells you that you'd better to do something makes youself feel better. In some way, worry makes people healthy, rich and successful.

yeah it would all depend on how you take this things some take it negatively and some take it positively but if you resort to negative feelings then thats the time you will get affected with this feeling. It has it's negative effect and it has somehow a positive outcome but thats rare only to those who knows how to control themselves and have great power of controlling ones emotions and ones way of thinking.

Worrying affects the physiological state of a person. It affects the homeostasis or the balance of the chemicals in our body. It's a good reminder. I try y not to worry though sometimes it's unavoidable. Maybe we should lessen worrying. I think worrying weakens the heart pretty bad to the point that it gives us heart diseases. Worrying also make our mind in disarray so less worries means better thinking.

exactly my friend if one worries to much one is not in tuned to his thinking and may often makes mistakes. One may also take for granted there heath condition and resulting bad things to ones body. I had the chance today to contemplate on this one so I would worry less and so that I will get a healthier lifestyle just like before.

You're right, worrying can kill. When we worry too much, we do a lot of thinking and have a little rest. That way, our blood level can raise and we might have high blood pressure. Besides, only worrying won't solve anything. Find the solution instead of just thinking but doing nothing.

yeah you are right my friend and I am trying my best to stay calm and take each day as it come. Caring to much for the people you love and being worried with their condition would sometimes lead me to worry about them. But for now I have to have stress management.

It's a good saying and it is true. Worrying only makes you feel worse and doesn't let you sleep. IT just eats away your mind and people sometimes go crazy because of too much worrying.

yeah it strucks me that time that I was reading it for I didnt get enough sleep and eat less and everything in my body is not right anymore thats why I have decided not to worry to much and just relax. I dont know I worry though but it's really bad since it gives me hyper tension and many more.
