Why I have no rate ?

if you mean the star with the nbr inside, you have to reach 100 posts to have it, near your name. regarding tasks you have to check often the section, in order to see if there are something available!

yes because you will have star and rating when you join at least 100 posts!You must consider also your activity here and so how much people reach and discuss your topic,how much they rate your discussion you open and like that!! normally when you reach a good number of posts and people rate you..you will have your shining star with yoru rating and so on..for the moment just post it and don't worry about that!!;);)

You don't get your rating until you have done 100 posts. You will get a star with a number in it, which is your rating. Mine is a 4 and that isn't all that good, but it will go up eventually, and ratings aren't all that important in here anyway. Being able to express ourselves in here is more important. That is what this site is about, sharing our opinions with others from all over the world, and being help them and they help you. Oh, and getting paid for our opinions is the best thing of all. You should always post quality posts as that is what gives you your rating as users will rate your responses either with a positive or a negative. You want as many positives that you can get, but there will be some that will rate you negative anyway, especially if they don't agree with you. It isn't fair, but that is the way it goes in here. about your question of rate :-me and you will have out rates after posting more than 100 posts ... mylot tasks are not available every time they put some tasks and when they finished you have to wait till they put new tasks ... that's it
