Drinking water can help lose weight.

I was talking to my life coach last 2 weeks ago and she have an assignment to me to drink water when i wake up and before going to work and every meal. Aside from that i also have to drink water every 2 hours. So i followed her. And then when we meet, she asked me if i drink lots of water and how does it feel. I told her that it makes me go to the bathroom often than before. she said thats good because it releases the toxin on your body. and i also said that all the pains i feel in my joints are all gone. It because te uric acid was release because of frequent release of water. And she asked me again, what else, i said thats all. Then she explained to me that our body is 70% water which i know way back. Our minds need water,so when we dont drink our minds get tired. Our minds know actually are telling us that we need to drink water every two hours. So when drink it helps us to think clearly and see more positive things. And the most exciting about it is that it help us to lose weight. I asked why because when we drink water, we didnt get hungry immediately. and we drink water every meal, it help us to minimize the food intake. Actually i also read that when you drink water at night, it help you to feel full and missed dinner. Do you believe with this study or not?

wow! Yeah you're right i suddenly had a head ache but when i started drinking the water, it felt a bit good. I guess water does prevent you from getting fat, huh? i should have thought of that when i was still drinking coffee or soft drinks. i could try this for now.

yes i dont drink much medicines, most especially pain relievers because its not good. So when i feel pain, i drink lots of water. We think sometimes that we have headache because of too much stress or too much thinking. We are not aware that our mind needs food also. We need to eat and most especially to drink water for us to function normal. To think in better perspective.

Hi, Good Day to you! Will Im very sexy as what my friends told me. Anyways when we drink water we feel that our stomach is full, right. We cannot feel hungry anymore. base in my experience I believe in that. I always drink water before I eat so that a little amount of rice every meals. Happy Mylotting!

wow, hope i can be like that, sexy again. i am going to try that drink water before eating so i will not eat much rice. Actually rice, breads, pasta, pizza and any carbo is the one that makes your tummy bigger and the hardest to remove. less carbo then it will be less fats in our body.

There are so many myths and fads with weight loss that I really dont know what to believe and not. Drinking water...yes I have heard of this before and tried it out too! We have these 1ltr bottles at office and in a span of 8hrs I'd finish off three bottles...it made me go to the loo more often, it made me feel full and it made me feel better in this heat...but I doubt if I lost any weight, actually.

Yes, you will hear a lots of opinions and knowledge about water but what i can assure that is true is that our body is composed of 70% water and we need to fill that up for us not to get weaker. and also for us to function normal. Lots of people said they lose weight by drinking water and it makes them clean by releasing off the toxins in your body.

Yes drinking water does help you to eat less. I find when I am still a bit hungry after a meal that if I drink it tends to fill the need to eat. I have been doing weight watchers for almost 4 months now..and have lost over 25 pounds, drinking helps but it is not the only thing.

BTW I Don't drink much for about 3 hours before bed time or I am up several times during the night to go to the bathroom. This is not conducive to feeling well rested. BTW Don't over drink...beware of water toxicity.

what do you mean water toxicity? can you further explain that? of course we also want to know more about water, what is good and what is not. yes its not only drinking water will help lose weights, but it does help you to make full and eat less.

I would have to actually read the study or article to know if I agree with it or not. I do drink a lot of water. I probably need to drink more. I do feel better when I am not dehydrated. I am wanting to lose a few more pounds. Maybe this would help me to do that. I can try it. It would be nice to not have a lot of pain in my joints.

i searched every article in the internet about water after that talks and a lot of people say and article said that it helps to lose weight. I was actually telling to someone, what we can do is start practicing this 8 glasses or more and also drink water before meal and then 1 glass after meal and the two hours standing and doing something, then let see if we will lose weight and then we post it here. we start today. we can only say if its true is we do it ourselves, right?

I have always heard that if you drink water you will lose weight. About 9 years ago I was on a diet and the only think I drank was water. In the summer I could drink 11 8 ozs of water every day. But, now I can not drink water.

Why can't you drink water? So aside from water what did you drink when your eating your meals? Me, i was avoiding drinking soda because i am acidic and its not good for my health but sometimes i can't help it. But it minimize my soda intake.

The only thing I drank was water. The reason I can't drink water is I can not stand the taste of it. I think the reason is I drank too much of it 9 years ago. Now mainly I drink is tea. I probably quit drinking cokes about a year ago. I will drink one very seldom now.

maybe..i think drink water help to control the amount of calorie you eat. Because drink water is 0 calorie.

In a way it is very helpful to lose weight but for my experience I can't drink too much water because I hate to pee frequently it is bothersome for me. Now that it is rainy season I don't feel to drink too much I have a tendency to pee frequently because of the cold weather. Back then I did that when I'm feel that I'm hungry at night I drink water to feel fuller. I try to drink water before meal and it really works. I want to try it again to lose some weights.

I do believe that water therapy can help us lose weight. My dad is using the same method, he drinks 3-4 liters of water everyday, and he is losing weight. He can now wear his favorite jeans and shirts. Yes, water can make you feel that your stomach is full, in that way you won't crave for food.

i dont know if i can drink 3 to 4 liters a day. 8 glasses is tolerable for me but 3 to 4 liters. that will be extra effort for me. I will be like bloated after drinking all that water. Somebody said that i stopped drinking water at night because it will make my tummy bigger. everybody have their own opinions, knowledge about water that it becomes confusing.

will you share what did you do? I means aside from drinking water, there are other things that you do for you to lose weight as what he said, that he make sure do thing in standing positions for 2 hours.

I have always believed in drinking loads of water. Great for the skin too besides helping you to loose weight. I bought one of these clear drinking containers from Walmart which is about 32 oz. I fill it with ice, lemons or limes and water. I take it everywhere I go so I don't ever try to grab a soda instead of my water. The lemons just give it a taste that I tend to miss with flavored drinks. Tricks my mind a bit. Love that water.

Yes, water help your skin to be healthy. I noticed it myself. My skin is not dry and i look more younger looking. I dont used make up or anything for my skin. I never used lotion. Im just so simple, lol but my skin looks good.

i remember i tried that, two glass of water every morning when i wake up. its warm water and i noticed that i often go to the bathroom to make wewe, like more than 2 times in one hour. i notice also that i lose all the pains i feel, most especially in my joints.

this is the first time that i heard drinking too much water will give us not so good effects. I though its will be better if drink more than 8 glass of water. Actually, coffee, juice an other liquid product are not included in the 8 glass of water.
