i have a trouble here. I was expected to have a free debit card to verify my paypal accounts immediatly. No longer after applied the card has arrived. Unfortunetly the accounts is still empty. i have the Debit card from payoner free from affiliate program which i follow. is there any body knows how to load the payoner card? of course not from the affiliate program cause i fell to hard to got money from it to increase the ammount of accounts. I ll wait for anybody kindly PM me. thanks.

Do you have a paypal debit Card? if you do it is going to take some time to accumulate some money.

i means, i have payoner debit card at present. I need that card to verify the paypal accounts. But The card is empty so can't use it to verify paypal. Do you know how to load payoner card?

Try to get another Visa Debit card in your local bank so that you could easily charged it or fund. And accessible always the customer service always available.
