Just like every ptp programs, earning the minimum amount or whatever amount will depend on you. There is no specific time frame. Of course the more active you are the faster you can reach the payout rate. Evidence? just like what i've said in my heading, I just discovered it very recently, so I personally don't have a proof to show you yet.
