Anybody playing FM 2009? Advise for managing Barnsley

Hi,
I'm a fan of FM series (previously CM). It is a very realistic game and recent versions added a 3D view of the game! Very nice graphics.
Any experienced players? I'm a novice.
I'm managing Barnsley. Any suggestions on tactics, players, training schedules, or any other hints?

im quite experienced on it but iv got FM2007. well before i can help you out what problems are you having with your team, as there is no point in me telling you how to score more goals when your scoring plenty. So what your problem?

Thanks for your help, chillpill90. Basically my team scores first once or twice, but can not hold the result. The team is allowing the opposite team to draw or to turn the game around. Even when I make tactical changes to defend the lead (waste time, replace midfielders to more defensive players, or adjust the formation).
Anyway, it's a little bit early in the game the draw conclusions. Could win most of the games where my team was favorite, including 2 league cup games with stronger teams. I'm waiting to see if there are some adjustments I can make, mainly in away games, and if this tendency to allow goals in the second half remains.
