I tend to get migraines quite frequently. They seem to be in my family as my father used to get a lot of them and his sisters.
I am a therapist and teach people meditation techniques that I also practice myself, and whilst these don't cure the migraines (ie stop them coming altogether), quite often an attack will abort if I just sit quietly in meditation for around 20 minutes. I then find I don't need medicaton, but if I leave it to long before going into meditation, then it can be too late and the attack won't abort.
Regular exercise is also helpful because it improves circulation and releases endorphines into the bloodstream, which are the body's natural pain-killers.
I can commiserate thought. Migraines are not a pleasant thing to suffer from. I hope yours continue to get better and better - Derek

The first time I knew that I had migraine it was so awful, it even makes me cry because of the pounding pain. It constantly attacking every minute. It force me to go to clinic, which then I've been told that it was a migraine.
Well, I blame the blistering hot sun for that. Now, I tr to avoid exposing myself from the sun when it is too hot during the day. I haven't been attack since.
Mine is just a simple solution. Happy day!

Besides hunger, some migraines can be caused by eye strain or eye fatigue. There is also an eye condition known as aniseikonia that leads to severe and constant headaches, if eye condition is not corrected with special lenses.
If you however do not have anseikonia, I can send you health package including information on maintaining a healthy lifestyle and suggested health menu to help you tackle your headaches and/or health problems. You should also include any allergies or other health conditions when requesting health package. Contact me at netsbridge@yahoo.com or Email my rep. Lily: netslily@yahoo.com
