i just got this public concern somewhere in the united states that car dealers in the United States are fund of hiding cheaper cars to the detriment of those who cannot buy new expensive cars, is this a deliberate marketing strategy or do they want to sell the more expensive ones and make more money without considering the pockets of the less priviledge

I think it is just business. If you are doing business, and you only have that many sales in your office, you would want to make sure that they are selling the more profitable items instead of the lower ones so that the profits of the company is maximized. The fact that they may be hiding the cheap cars is simply because the profit from those cars is surely lower than those higher.
Talking about taking care of the less privileged, I will say it is not common, or even rude to ask the businesses to do just that. Asking them to be caring for the less privileged and forget making good profit for the moment is simply asking them to do business but don't try to make profit. I don't think many businesses are prepared to do just that.
