Congratulations to you as well. I will suggest making chocolate truffles for your wedding. You can make a few varieties to serve your guests.
Another suggestion is to get homemade cupcakes. They look pretty, and also make a good wedding favor as a gift to your guests.

I would suggest that you make chocolate according to your estimate number of visitors that are attending to your wedding, you should make chocolate that can easily pop into your mouth like cherry cordials but it depends on your decision.
Congratulations on your wedding!

my sister & I actually make chocolate truffles for souvenirs for weddings and baptismals--they are such a joy to make & very impressive looking--It would actually depend on how much time you've got on your hands in making them--the easy thing to do would be to just buy cute molds and maybe mix in nuts or rice crispies --this would be fast & easy--the trickier ones would be if you'll put fillings inside...do check out my site-- http://www.chocliq.multiply.com ;) congrats btw

For my sister's wedding, we made peanut butter cups. They are simple to make and quite tasty.
If you want to make a couple of things to give out you can also try chocolate covered pretzels and chocolate with crisped rice. They are also easy to make a bunch of.
Good luck! Congrats on your wedding!
