Critical remarks are frequently passed in when younger men are married to older women.Every girl/woman is also very particular about having a man older than herself.
Three of my friends have married elder girls and their families are running very happily like any other family.
There are more examples of such mariages between older women and youger guys. However, my wife is younger than me and we are also happy with one kid till now.
What do you opine about this issue? Do you see such couples in your family and friends?

I think it depends upon the age gap. For a man marrying older woman atmost three years gap. If the woman is too old for her husband it coukd be a source of insecurity for a woman. A woman should not be greater than three years older than men. For a woman marrying older man, it must be atmost five years age gap. When the man is too old for his wife, it could be a source of insecurity for the man.

Its not wrong if in a relationship the woman is older than the man. It's not about the age, it's about the attitude of each other. The level of understanding and the awareness about everything that is linked in this kind of relationships are very important to have a successful married life.

My husband is a fair bit older than I am. Our marriage is not this way out of any tradition, we just happened to fall in love.
my mother is a fair bit older than my step-father (again not for any particular reason than they happened to fall in love). We all have wonderful marriages, where age does not matter one bit.

If a woman married a younger man, at the first ten years life is happy, but as the woman gets older, the attention of man usually is diverted to another younger woman. This is often what I have seen in my country. That's why broken families started after 5, 10 or 20 years after marriage. Only few couples live happily until they die.

Heck no, there's nothing wrong with that. A woman will outlive a man by an average of 20 years. Guys mature much more slowly than women. My father-in-law is 12 years younger than my mother-in-law and they have a great relationship.

Tere should be absolutely no malice if a person is married to a girl elder thn him or younger thn him.
Relationship prospers on 3 things namely,
Love, Trust and Understanding...
I dnt deny those fluctuation in feelings due to aging..bt still the boat sails along well....
u shud enjoy ur life rather than giving time to such issues....
