Do you believe in angels? Have you ever seen one or felt its presence?

I do believe in angels, and that we each have our own guardian angel. I have not seen mine, but many times I felt its presence, not just in times of fear or trouble or danger, but in joyous times as well.

I do believe the same thing. We all have a guardian angel with us at all times. I haven't seen mine either. But my uncle has seen his guardian angel sit in his window. My uncle has also seen demons witch he says are very ugly and scary. Even if I haven't felt my guardian angels presence I know he is still there.

Your right that would be another good discussion when it comes down to demons. Because even though we know there are angels here. There are also demons around in this world. And the angels have to fight with the demons all the time to protect Gods people.

Yes, evil is also a force in our world, and thank God that good is ultimately the stronger force.

That would be another good discussion, whether or not one believes in demons. I think the bad presence exists just as I believe that the good presence of angels exists. How good that your uncle got to see his guardian angel : )

i do believe in angels too. we often think of them as those in white robes and white wide wings. but i guess they come in other forms.. sometimes even dresses like the way we do. sometimes you will not feel they are there but when you are in some little trouble, that is where u feel they are there.
but definitely, there is an angel for each one of us.
now, do you believe me?

Yes, I do beieve that each of us has a guardian angel and though they may not "show up" with wings and halos, or even made themselves seen at all, their presence can sometimes be strongly felt. : )

I believe that my guardian angel, whatever or whoever it is, does a lot for me, and really deserves some great thanks.
My angel wakes me up when the need arises and guides me in the tasks of the day. When I ask my angel, s/he guides me along my path so I don't get led astray (such as when I want to look for a job, I go looking for good jobs rather than playing games all day).
I often think my guardian angel tells me when danger is afoot or when I should look out for things to come (such as when I'm on my bicycle and a car is about to pass by - I wouldn't usually look, as I'm so into my biking).

Like you, I believe that our guardian angel performs many services for us, and acts as our guide, our protector, and our comforter. It was nice to hear your experiences with yours.

Oh yes I do, but I call them spirit guides and we all have them to guide us through our lives, i have told this story before but a few months after my father passed away i went to a spirit sketcher and she told me someone was standing behind me, I am an Aussie and she told he was an American Indian, so I didn't think anything about this, I thought oh well just a bit of fun... I was shocked when i looked at the drawing...he had my dads face and then I started to remember things, American Indian, I have always since I was a little girl been fascinated with plaits and in the movies always wanted the indians to win over the cowboys...maybe there has always been something there within me about indians but my father camme through as an indian...i believe these spirit guides speak to us through out inner voice, how many times as a little voice within you has prompted you about something important, reminded you of something out of the blue, maybe even saved your life...I believe the inner voice is something more than we have been led to believe...

That is truly interesting, about the drawing turning out to be your dad, but rather like an Indian. Native Americans were always very spiritual! My children are part Ojibway and part Blackfoot, as well as caucasion. In light of that, they've always loved learning about native lore and roots and beliefs.
I believe those inner voices or gut instincts are indeed one way God guides us.
Thank you for your insights.

I think it is great that you believe, and that you know something besides "coincidence" has helped you be in the right place at the right time or avoid the near misses. Thank you for your input : )

I may have seen my angel in a couple of situations in my life. One time my car broke down and this person stopped to help me. After the problem was fixed, I turned around to thank the man and it seemed as if he had vanished.
When my daughter was little and we were sitting in church she tugged on my sleeve as she always did. She never did learn how to whisper and I used to just concentrate on how could I keep her quiet. She kept asking me who all those people were behind the speaker on stage. I kept looking up at the stage and seeing only one person (the speaker). She finally quieted down and I forgot about this until many years later. One day while watching a show about God and angels, I remembered that day in church and asked my daughter if she remembered it. She said that she did. I asked her if she saw angels. She said that she realized after a few minutes that I could not see them and she stopped bothering me. I asked her what they looked like. She said they were as tall as two daddy's tall. That would be about 12 feet tall since my husband is a little over six foot. She said that as she read over the years that they were probably warring angels and when the speaker began to speak they drew large long swords and held them over the speaker's head.
I guess we can miss a lot if we are too busy in our life and don't take the time to just observe, listen, and rest in the Lord.

I know some people who've had similar experiences in time of need, as you did with the "being" that helped when your car was broken down. I also believe that as children, we see things and know things that sometimes "disappear" as we get older. It could well have been that yes, your daughter saw those angels. It is a good feeling to know their presence. : )
