Have you ever think carefully about your Careers? in five years, ten years?

I am stuck with my mediocre job as an IT document officer.I want to get into fashion and culinary.I would also like to start my own business.I am planning to get into these things sooner,while sticking in my job.I need money so I can go to fashion and culinary school.

After college graduation, I gave myself 5 years to improve myself at work. If there will be no improvement, then I have to go. Gladly though, in just 2 years time, there's a significant change in my work. I am now in my fifth year to my work and I can say that I didn't even realize it. Currently, I am into schooling again because I need this for my promotion. I know I can be promoted, I am sure of it. I am planning to finish my study in 2 years time and give myself another 5 years on my current work and after that, I will tackle on a new job. I also have plans on working overseas but before that, I'll make sure I finished my studies first. I really don't have a long term goal, but I do set short term goal. Goals that I will achieve from time to time and once I achieve them, I will move on to the next one. This is very effective for me since they serve as my motivation everyday.
